The City's online credit card payment system has been restored to allow customers to pay their bills online.
During the recent interruption, all penalty charges and service cutoffs had been put on hold until normal service resumes.
The next billing cycle is due March 5, and any late fees and penalties will be assessed after March 9 and thereafter.
